The Department of Education's (DepEd's) Region V Learning Recovery Program, or Recovering for Academic achievement by Improving instruction through Sustainable Evidence-based learning programs (RAISE) is a 3-year program that uses DepEd's curriculum and integrates innovative approaches and strategies at addressing the massive learning losses among early grade learners. It is focused on academic recovery; improved classroom instruction; and implementation of comprehensive, relevant, sustainable, and evidence-based learning programs that are appropriate for Bicolano learners.
